Q. Will you ever ask for a deposit from me?

A. No. Absolutely not.

Q. Do I have to subscribe to dPi Local Home Phone service to use dPi Internet?

A. Yes, we offer our Internet “true unlimited” for a 20% discount off the normal price for being a dPi Home Phone Customer. Look for our “true unlimited” product to be offered in our Agent locations for $10.95, which will not require our Customers to have a home phone with dPi.

Q. Do you need my real name to sign up for Internet service?

A. Absolutely not. All we need is your address.

Q. Can I change my Internet plan in the future?

A. Yes, you can modify your plan each month if you wish.

Q. What if I move? Can I keep my Internet service?

A. Yes, as long as you keep dPi Local Home Phone service, you can keep dPi Internet service. We will transfer your service at no cost.

Q. If I haven’t made the next month’s payment, will you disconnect me without calling me first?

A. No. We will always contact you and try to work with you before disconnecting service.

Q. Why do the big Internet service providers require my name and a deposit when dPi doesn’t?

A. They don’t need it. It’s a matter of trust. The only reason they need it is so they can track you down or report bad credit on your account.
