Essential Duties

• Develop creative and effective sales promotions.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations which guide end-user customers through the purchasing, decision making and activation process as well as anticipate and overcome selling obstacles.
• Achieve monthly quotas for customer retention and sales goals.
• Ensure that customer service satisfaction (for both account representatives and end-users) are priority one.

Qualifications

• Retail or outside sales skills.
• College degree (preferred).
• Sharp presentation and written communication skills.
• Sales skills necessary to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Telecommunications background (helpful).
• Talent to confidently make presentations to large groups as well  as one-on-one.
• Self motivation.
• A strong desire to succeed!

Customer Service Representative (Dallas, TX)

Essential Duties

• Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and prefessionalism.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of dPi products and promotions.
• Promote dPi products and services.
• Answer incoming calls in a timely manner.
• Assist management and supervisors in departmental projects on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
